STEP 01: KICK-OFF MEETING
MindKube team members meet with key personnel and stakeholders to gain a more in-depth understanding of the project and set guidelines and expectations. We define all aspects of the project, including detailed project planning, review and feedback, and coordinate the setup of online project management tools. Required files, copy, logos and other assets are gathered or sourced.
STEP 02: DESIGN & LAYOUT
We create a visual aesthetic for the project based on local character, agency objectives, and any specific brand or identity guidelines. Many variables are taken into consideration to ensure a compelling look that aligns well with existing standards, organizational objectives, and the end user.
STEP 03: PRESENTATION & FEEDBACK
MindKube completes drafts based on the direction and decisions established. These are presented for your review and you are given the opportunity to provide feedback.
STEP 04: DESIGN FINALIZATION/PRODUCTION
Once you approve final drafts, we go into production mode.
STEP 05: APPROVAL & DELIVERY
Final files are delivered in requested formats and the project is closed off.
